Bacteria
Anaerobic Respiration in Bacteria
Glucose --> Lactic Acid + some energy.
Note: The process of respiration is to convert sugars into energy. Part of this process includes the production of lactic acid, a waste product. This is excreted from the bacteria as it does not want or need it.

Fungi
Anaerobic Respiration:
Glucose --> CO2 + Alcohol + Some energy
Note: CO2 and alcohol are by-products that are unwanted by fungi (i.e. waste). These are removed - i.e. the life process of excretion.
